I bought this ‘67 Chevelle Super Sport in May of 1976 from a guy in Westminster, CO. It was grey with a black vinyl top. It had the 396 Chevy big block engine and the same Muncie 4spd that is still in it. In ‘00, my cool wife and I rebuilt a 1962 .327 Corvette small block engine from the bare block up. I’d had it bored-out 600 over, and we put all new components in it except the original crank & rods. I put in an “energizer” cam also. We have put 50,000 mi on the engine and it’s running very well.
