Here is my 1948 Buick Special Sedanette, with a 5” chopped top, 350 GM motor, 350 Turbo transmission, shaved handles and trunk. I purchased it from my neighbor, Joe Loughney, who worked at Scranton Buick for forty years. I purchased the car from him in 1992 and started to restore the car in 2008 with the help of Jim Dougher; the interior is rolled and pleated by the master seamster Joe Pace from Luzerne, PA.
