Powering this machine is a potent 502 Chevrolet big block that has been built-up with a Comp Cams Thunder camshaft, Eagle forged crank and rods, and aluminum heads. It is hard not to notice the engine equipped with a Wieland Hi-Ram intake topped with twin Holley carburetors and a classic Hilborn-style air cleaner rising out of the hood. Other under-hood items include an aluminum radiator with chrome hold-down, chrome Moroso valve covers, chrome alternator, billet pulleys, headers and a chrome master cylinder and brake booster that sends pressure to front disc brakes. Power is transferred to the rear wheels by a TH400 automatic transmission and a 12-bolt rear end with a finned aluminum cover. Boxed lower trailing arms and a set of latter bars help get the power to the pavement. Receipts for many of the engine parts come with the car.
