1950 Ford Custom Deluxe
Mechanically the car is in great condition and runs well. It has a flathead V8 that was rebuilt in the early 2000s and has only been driven 3,000 miles since. It has been nicely upgraded with Offenhauser heads, an Offenhauser 3 deuce intake, chrome air cleaners, chrome alternator, and chrome AC compressor. The car sounds great through the added Fenton headers into dual glass packs. It runs nice and cool thanks to the mechanical and additional electric pusher .....
fan. The transmission is a 3 speed manual with a column shifter. Underneath the car is all solid with solid pans and no rust. Other nice upgrades include the electric fuel pump.
The interior is complete in Brown and in good condition. It has a split front bench seat with a full seat in the rear. The dash is nicely painted and has a mostly stock layout with the original gauges, knobs, switches, etc. It has the factory AM radio but it is not currently working. Underneath the dash it has an added set of gauges for oil/temp as well as the AC controls and vents. The trunk offers plenty of storage space for all your car show gear, is nicely upholstered and houses the spare with cover.
This is one clean car that cruises around well and gets a lot of attention at shows. It also comes with a very cool vintage window mounted air unit that is painted Brown.
