Under the hood was slipped a 383ci Stroker V-8 with Holley Stealth Ram fuel injection, MSD ignition, beautiful stainless headers and a loud and proud 3-inch dual exhaust system that screams Merica every time you dip your right foot. This monster mill is bolted to a Borg Warner 6-speed manual transmission and sends power back to a professionally built GM 10-bolt rear axle with a 3.73 gear, limited slip, studded cover and welded axle tubes. Helping to keep all the power under control are Spohn Performance torque arm brace, adjustable lower rear control arms, and an adjustable rear Panhard bar. The tired original struts and shocks have been replaced with yellow Sport Konis all around, while Eibach lowering springs set the car down nicely for that just right stance. Braking has been improved with dual piston front and single piston rear HD brakes with slotted and cross drilled rotors all around. The gorgeous 5-spoke polished aluminum 19 wheels are a mile wide with a deep lip and wrapped in sticky Michelin Pilot Sport rubber.
