well known and for many these are true dream cars people wish they could own one day. When it comes to the 80's no Ferrari is more recognizable than the Testarossa. Odds are if you ask someone to describe a vintage Ferrari, this is the one they will talk about. They were introduced at the 1984 Paris Auto Show and the rear mid engine design improved stability and cornering by keeping the centre of gravity in the middle of the car. This 1988 Testarossa is in excellent condition and all original. It was previously sold at auction by a Hollywood director whose name was not disclosed during the sale. It is painted in its original Red paint which is in great shape. The body is all solid throughout. On Ferraris maintenance is key and this one has been well cared for since new. The engine out service was just completed less than 700 miles ago. The odometer currently shows 744 miles and was replaced at 33,127 miles. The car sits on its original wheels wrapped with Goodyear P315/35ZR17 tires which have plenty of life left in them.
Propelling this beauty down the road is its original 4.9L Tipo F113 flat 12 cylinder motor. The car runs very well and needs nothing. The motor is paired with a 5 speed manual transmission that moves through the gears smoothly with no issues.
