When it comes to revolutionary designs in the automotive world, few cars, if any, can rival the transition from the end of the C3 generation to this 1984 Chevrolet Corvette. Although 205 horsepower and 290 pound-feet of torque may not seem as exciting today as it did forty years ago, the C4's Crossfire-injected small block helped the 1984 Corvette run from 0-60 mph in less than seven seconds, making it one of the five or six fastest cars in the entire world at the time. Power is routed through a 700R4 four-speed automatic, which was recently rebuilt in 2019 before being sent to a set of sixteen-inch factory alloy wheels shod in 255/50R-16 Toyo tires via the stock Corvette rear.
