Hi, I am a 1972 Buick Skylark. I was born in Flint, MI. Everyone says I am cute. I have crystal blue paint, landau vinyl roof, bucket seats, a/t on floor, and an 89 track tape player. Maynard Cook adopted me and I moved to New Castle, PA. I was his weekend cruiser. What fun we had and the people we met. He never let me play in the rain or snow.
I now live with Ruth and Jim Hoover, still in New Castle, PA. I share a room with a 1967 GTO and a 1946 Super Deluxe Ford. Although I’ve never had any makeovers or surgeries, I still look good. Ruth loves to take care of me. She uses the best shampoos and polishes. She even gives my tires and rims a pedicure.
I just love to go for drives and cruise-ins. I really like the cruise-ins because I get to see my old pals and listen to the oldies.
I have to go now (yawn) it’s time for a nap with Jim. Bye.
