The engine features a polished intake manifold, Holley 4-barrel carburetor, polished valve covers, chrome alternator and bracket, power steering and a chrome open-element air cleaner. A set of long tube headers flow back to rumbling dual Flowmaster mufflers that sound like a muscle car should. The suspension and brakes have been upgraded as well. Stopping power is provided by a power assisted, dual reservoir master cylinder linked to front disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors. Handling is improved with tubular front upper and lower control arms up front and tubular trailing arms in the rear.
