Watch the video for an accurate color) The interior is clean and done very tastefully in a white tuck and rolled design. Regardless of the number of doors, the stainless trim on a 56 Chevy remains an iconic design element. The chrome and metal trim show well including the floating headlights, the twin rocket hood ornaments, and the hefty bumpers and grille. The look is nicely accented by Cragar 5 spoke wheels wrapped in radial tires. This Tri Five is just begging to be driven thanks to its power steering, power brakes with front disc, TH350 automatic transmission, Vintage Air aftermarket air conditioning and a Retrosound aftermarket stereo. The 350CI Corvette engine starts right up, rolling big steel onto our test loop in fine style. Acceleration is peppy, tracking is straight, and the brakes show no pull one way or another. This 56 features a nice straight body, classic lines, all the ingredients for an entry level collector car or one to add to the collection.
